                   Learned counsel for complainant suffered a statement that matter has been compromised between the parties and he does not want to proceed with the present complaint. He further submitted that original documents Ex. C-2 to Ex. C-4 which is placed on file be returned to him after filing the certified copies of the same.  As such, he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.

          In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Original documents Ex. C-2 to Ex. C-4 be returned to the complainant after submitting certified copies of the same on record. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                             File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
