The appellant Smt. Kantabai Bawankule is present in person. She submitted pursis stating that she does not wish to proceed with the appeal. The contents of the same pursis are verified from the statement of the appellant. Adv.Shri.H.P.Jain appeared for Resp.1 & 2 and he filed power. None present for the Resp.No.3 though this commission had issued notice on his address given in the appeal memo. However, we find that since the appellant himself does not desire to proceed with the appeal, the appeal deserves to be disposed of. Hence in view of their submission, the appeal is disposed of.
