Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 08.10.2021. Complainant has been very erratic in his appearance before this Commission. On 09.02.2024 last and final opportunity was granted to complainant to file Rejoinder / Evidence, however, he failed to take any steps in this regard. Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
