Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. Present  Complaint case was filed on 28.06.2019. Complainant is not appearing since 29.07.2022. Complainant has also not taken steps vide order dated 29.07.2022. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
