Present Counsel for complainant and AR on behalf of OP and filed compromise which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, OP is directed to withdraw the demand of Rs.7,451.98 in respect of electricity connection bearing CA no. 60002258717 and AR for OP submitted that there is no dues as on date in respect of the said electricity connection and filed statement of account dated 29.11.2018. The Counsel for the complainant submitted that no other grievance is left and case be disposed of as settled.

In view of settlement between the parties, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
