Present complainant in person and Sh. Ajay Joshi, Legal Manager of OP and filed compromise dated 02.11.2018 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, complainantto pay an amount of Rs.54,840/- against NTA of Rs.72,502/- vide CA No. 60014364818. First installment of Rs.20,000/- shall be paid on or before 16.11.2018 and remaining amount i.e. Rs.34,840/- shall be paid in 4 equalinstallments to be paid on or before 16th day of each succeeding month.After payment of Ist installment of Rs.20,000/-, OP shall restore electric supply in respect of above CA No.
In view of the settlement between the parties the complaint of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
