Heard, AR for OP. Perused file. It is true that none is appearing for the complainant since last dates of hearings i.e. 08.03.2019, 12.07.2019 & 02.08.2019 consecutively. Several calls have been given since morning. But none on behalf of the complainant has appeared.Moreover, written statement by OP has been filed on 18.01.2019 and despite giving several opportunities, the complainant has failed to file rejoinder & his evidence.

It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing his case. It will be abuse of process to proceed further in the absence of the complainant. Hence complaint is dismissed in default for the reasons mentioned above. File be consigned to record room.
