ORDER

     The case is at the stage of admission. At this stage, vide his separate statement, counsel for complainant has stated that he may be allowed to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh with better particulars. The present consumer complaint is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty granted as prayed for.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. The file be consigned.
