The matter has been amicably settled between the parties for an amount of Rs. 3,73,013/- as full and final settlement to be released to the complainant within one month from 28.08.2023. In this regard both parties have moved a joint application. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
