ORDER

Vakalatnama on behalf of the respondents not filed.

                   At the time of arguments, the matter has amicably been settled.

                   It is agreed that if an amount of Rs.1 Lakh is paid by the appellants to the respondent/complainant, the respondent/ complainant will not claim any further amount and also return the TV Set to appellant No.3 i.e. M/s Technocare (Service Center), SCO 128-129, 1^st Floor, Sector 34-A, Chandigarh within 10 days from today. In case, there is any difficulty to return the TV Set, the respondent/complainant will contact Sh. Vikrant Sharma, Advocate, Counsel for the appellants, who will facilitate the said return.

                   We make it very clear that on furnishing proof of return of TV Set, amount of Rs.1 Lakh, which was deposited by the appellants with this Commission, shall be released to the respondent/complainant by the Secretary of this Commission within 7 working days from furnishing of such proof.

                   In view of above, this appeal stands disposed of.

                   Certified copy of this order be given dasti to the parties/their Counsel.
