ORDER

          Case called out twice, Appellant is not present since long time.   The appeal was filed long back in the year 2020. On perusal of the order sheet, it is seen that in spite of sufficient opportunities given to the appellant to address the arguments, he did not turn up to address the arguments.  It seems he has no interest in continuing his case. Mere filing of memorandum of appeal is not sufficient to hold the appeal in the absence of any arguments and convincement by the appellant. We do not find any valid reasons to adjourn the matter. As such the appeal is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
