The complaint was filed under Section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act,1986. The complainant is absent and has no representation from her side. The service of notice to the opposite parties are not completed for want of the correct address. The complainant is continuously absent since 28-09-2022. Hence, the Commission issued notice on 02.11.2022 to the complainant for appearance and to furnish the correct address of the opposite party. The notice sent to the complainant is seen as returned with an endorsement of “addressee out of station” as per the proof of delivery of the Postal Department. So many chances were given to the complainant to furnish the correct address of the opposite party. There is no merit to proceed further since service of notice of the opposite party is necessary.
The complainant failed to appear before the commission even today. The complainant is not interested to proceed further. There is no scope in proceeding with the complaint.
Hence the complaint is closed as dismissed.
