Heard the counsel for the appellant.  It is submitted that the dispute in this case has been settled among the parties outside court and the compromise entered into has also been produced in the proceedings.  In view of the above, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties and recording that the dispute has been compromised outside court. 

As per the terms of the compromise the appellant shall be entitled to refund of the statutory deposit made before this Commission, on proper application.
