12.07.2023                Case record is put up today on the strength of put up petition filed by the complainant as it is fixed for hearing on 10.08.2023. The complainant files a memo along with Adhar card of the complainant attached in the record. The complainant stated in his memo that, both parties have been settled outside the Commission amicably. The complainant prayed before this Commission that he does not want to proceed with the case further.

                                    In view of petition, the present case is hereby dropped as withdrawn.
