Ld. Agent for the O.ps files a petition along with xerox copy of Electroc bill praying for disposal of this case.

It is submites by the Ld. Agent for the O.ps that the dispute between the parties has been settled amicably outsides of the Froum and as per settlement the complainant has been praying the dues to the electricity department.

Ld. Agent for the complainant raised no objection in this regard and he made an endessement on the reverse of the petition filed by the O.ps.

Considering the above facts and circumtances the prayer of the O.p is allowed.

Hence, it is,

Ordered

That the instant case be and the same is disposed of on compromise between the parties.
