 [1]    This appeal was lying on sine-die list which was taken out.  Notices were issued to both the parties.  Notice is duly served on the appellant.  However, none is present for the appellant.   Respondent No.1-Mr.Girish Dodiya is present person in pursuance of the notice.  Notice of the respondent no.2 and 3 are received back with postal endorsement ‘left’.  Appellant failed to appear before this Commission without any sufficient reason in spite of receipt of notice.  It is not desirable to prolong the old matter when the appellant is not interested to contest the appeal diligently.  Hence, appeal stands dismissed in default.  No order as to costs.
