None present for the appellant. Adv.S.D.Babrekar is present for Resp. Notices were issued by this commission on 4/4/2014 for hearing on 19/6/2014   to both the parties in response to which the respondent only appeared through his advocate. On perusal of the office copy of the notice it reflects that it was issued on the correct address of the appellant as shown in the appeal memo. Therefore though no report about service of notice to appellant is received we presume that the Appellant is served with notice. But none appeared for the appellant on last two dates and today also. Further, the respondent’s advocate submits that the appellant has not yet supplied him the copy of appeal paper book. Hence the appeal deserves to be dismissed in default.
