Today is fixed for admission hearing.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present. Heard Ld. Advocate for the complainant on admissibility of the Consumer Complaint. 

On perusal of the complaint petition it appears that complainant intended to start a transport business through purchasing goods carrier vehicle and accordingly the complainant approached the OPs for loan and the OPs issued a loan of Rs.29,97,764/- only through vide loan agreement No. 50031149 for purchasing vehicle maker name Tata Motors Pvt. Ltd. It also appears from the photocopy of the document annexed with the complaint petition that Authorization Certificate of NP (goods) was issued by the Transport Department, Nagaland.  No document has been annexed with the complaint petition regarding plying of the said vehicle in which state, and the matter is questionable.  There is no whisper in the four corners of the complaint petition that the vehicle in question is plying in Nagaland or in West Bengal

In view of the above observation we are not inclined to admit the Consumer Complaint in its present form and accordingly the same is rejected. 

The CDF-II CC being No. 160/2023 is thus disposed of.

Both the MAs filed in the instant Consumer Complaint being Nos. 310/2023 and 311/2023 stand dismissed.
