| Final Order / Judgement | O.P. No-1,2,3 & 4 are present throug ld. counsel along with OPW Sri Meghnath Dangiari. Today, has been fixed for cross examination of the opp. party witness. It is seen from the order dtd. 24/7/23 , that a last chance was provided to the complainant to cross examine the OPW on today . But the complainant is absent without any step. We have found that the case was fixed for cross examination of the OPW on 30/9/2022 fixing the next date on 25/11/2022. Again the complainant was absent without step on 25/11/2022, 15/2/2023, 4/4/2023,1/6/2023 & 24/7/2023 without any step. We are of the view that complainant is not interested to proceed with the case & accordingly, the case is dismissed for default. | |
