Final Order / Judgement

The case record is posted today for consideration of w/v of Ops No.1 & 2 and hearing of the case. Neither the complainants nor their representative are present nor taken any step. Advocate for the Ops No.1 & 2 is present and files hazira. Ops No.3 & 4 are absent, no step filed. On repeated calls, none respond on behalf of the complainants. Hence, hearing of the case could not be taken up.

In the present case, all the Ops were appeared, but only Ops No.1 & 2 filed their written version, whereas Ops No.3 & 4 have not filed their written version. As it appears from the case record that the complainants remained absent since 09.07.2018 to till today, for which hearing of the case impaired and the valuable time of this Commission is being wasted. Considering the above nature and conduct of the complainants, this Commission is of the view that the complaint of the complainants should be dismissed. The written version filed by Ops No.1 & 2 is accepted.

Accordingly, the complaint of the complainants is dismissed for non-prosecution of the case. The interim order, if any, passed against the Ops is treated to be infructuous.
