This case is put up today at National Lok Adalat for settlement. Both parties are present. It is amicably decided that O.p shall pay the claim amount within 30 days of the Complainant will produce the documents regarding the cause of death before the Opp.party.

              Accordingly the Complainant is directed to produce necessary documents regarding the cause of death before the Opp.party and the Opp.party shall pay the claim amount as per policy of the deceased with in 30 days thereafter to the Complainant nominee of the deceased.

            This case is closed today in view of amicable settlement of the parties.
