            Complaint dated 11-03-2020 directing the opposite party to pass an order directing the opposite party to furnish a legible and clean copy or a hand written copy of the registered Will dated 08.06.2005 and to pay the sum of Rs.5,000  (Rupees five thousand only) towards compensation for mental agony along with costs of this complaint. Today this Commission made the following:-

ORDER

 

 

    This Complaint is filed by the complainant under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, read with Regulation 26(6) of the Consumer Protection Regulations 2005.

 

     The complainant filed memo for the withdrawal of complaint, which is available in bundle.  But, not appeared in person to verify the genuineness.  Opposite Party filed document, which states that the prayer of the complaint is already complied.  However, this commission noticed the deficiency of Opposite Party. In view of memo of complainant and statement of Opposite party (these are recorded), the complaint is dismissed as settled.
