ORDER

The case is posted to-day for objection on the petition and documents filed by the JDR/OP.JDR/OP is present, DHR files a memo stating that he has already received the compensation money of Rs. 5,000/-(Repuees five thousand)only and interest amounting to Rs.400/-(Rupees four hundred)only from the OP/JDR and further state that no information has yet given about the lost cheque by JDR. Perused the Annexure R-I, R-II,R-III and R-IV submitted by the OP/JDR. Annexure R-III and R-IV says that the OP/JDR has taken steps for issue of duplicate cheque infavour of the DHR/ Complainant. The OP/JDR is direected to credit the cheque amount with interest in the Saving Bank Account of the Complainant/DHR immediately after received of the duplicate cheque from the ICICI Bank. The OP/JDR is directed to take necessary steps to get the duplicate cheque from the ICICI Bank. Execuction Application disposed off according.
