Today is fixed for admission hearing.

Complainant filed on application submits for withdrawal of the case as he is not willing to proceed further.

Now the verified application of this date is filed by the complainant is taken up for hearing. Heard. Considered. Allowed.

Perused the application.

It appears that the case has been compromised with the OPs by the Complainant out of Court amicably. Complainant submits before us that at present no grievance is there from Complainants side over the disputed case matter. Heard. Considered and allowed.

Let, the instant case be dropped for non prosecution and be withdrawn.
