The instant case raised out of the grievance caused by the OP by sending bill amounting Rs. 15940.33/- to the complainant. The complainant has filed this complaint for redressal of the exorbitant bill amount which has been wrongfully prepared by the OP as averred.

            The OP in their written version has admitted that a wrongful entry of Rs. 32,096 and LPSC charges Rs. 55,537.76 has been made in the bill up to 26/02/2018.

            Both the parties have come to a compromise proposals filed to this Forum. The terms of the compromise proposal goes so that the complainant has to repay only Rs. 72,006.57/- as outstanding payment up to February 26, 2018 in six equal installments. The Installments payments will start from May 2018 and it will be completed within October 2018.The installment is to be made by the complainant within 8^th of each month from May, 2018.The complainant agreed to this proposal.

The complainant is directed to abide by the terms of the compromise proposal. The OP is directed to prepare next bill for consumption after 26/02/2018 as a current bill. Henceforth, the OP is directed to prepare and send bill in regular basis so that a huge amount of bill for more than 3 months is not to be borne by a consumer in every respect. It is also directed that no LPSC charges is to be imposed further for the payment of Rs.72006.57/- within a period of October 8, 2018.

 The instant case succeeds through a compromise petition.  

            Let a plain copy of this order be furnished to the parties forthwith free of cost.
