Sh. Naval Goyal, Advocate has filed power of attorney on behalf of both the opposite parties.

Sh. Naval Goyal, Advocate counsel for opposite parties has made a statement that the opposite parties are ready to pay a sum of Rs. 15,000/- to the complainant as full and final settlement of her claim within 30 days from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

Sh. Aneesh Jindal, Advocate counsel for complainant has also made a statement that he has heard the statement made by Sh. Naval Goyal, Advocate counsel for OPs. He agrees with the statement. He does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same.

In view of the statement made by counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the OPs to pay a sum of Rs. 15,000/- to the complainant as full and final settlement of her claim within 30 days form the date of receipt of the copy of the order. The parties will be bound by their statements. Copies of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs under the rules. File be indexed and consigned to record.
