Advocate are present.  An A/C Payee Cheque bearing No. 678360 dated 20.07.2009 drawn on Andhra Bank, Kolkata Branch amounting to Rs. 35,94,439/- is deposited on behalf of the JDR towards full and final satisfaction of the decretal amount.  Mr. R. C. Bajaj, Director of UIC Wires Ltd. is personally present who accepts the cheque in full satisfaction of the decretal amount and files a Receipt accordingly.  Let it be kept with the record.  The execution case accordingly is disposed of on full satisfaction.
