This case is taken up before the Lok-Adalath.  On perusal of order sheet dated 13.04.2023 it is noticed that on the said date both parties were present and have filed memo for settlement for Rs.10,000/- and the complainant had received Rs.10,000/- paid by OP and prays to close the matter was settled.    Hence, this case was referred to Lok-Adalath for consideration of memo.

In view of the settlement memo has been filed by both parties the complaint of the complainant is closed as settled.
