Dhr Smt. Saraswati Kar is present in person Jdr. gives one A/C payee cheque being no. 089986 dt. 08/02/2017 of Rs.44,950/- in favour of the Dhr which is received by the Dhr.

Jdr. to collect the A/C machine in question from the Dhr s residence at his cost.

In view of above the present Execution case is disposed of on full satisfaction subject to encashment of the said cheque.
