Complainant moved application for deletion of opposite parties No.6 to 10 as they have not been served so far and they are neither necessary nor proper parties in the complaint. Learned counsel for opposite party No.5 has no objection in allowing this application. In such circumstances, I.A. No.252 of 2012 is allowed and opposite parties No. 6 to 10 being proforma parties are deleted from the array of the parties in the complaint.
