2. Ms. Anju (Deputy Postmaster), Branch, HBC and now concerned deputy postmaster.
3. Concerned Counter Clerk of TD-5 counter along with erring Deputy Postmaster concerned, all OPs-1 to 3 at General Post Office, Kunjpura road, Karnal.
4. Branch Manager, State Bank of India, main branch near shakti colony mall road Karnal.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same.

                   In view of statement of the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
