District Forum, South 24 Parganas at Baruipur to the newly created Ld. District Forum, Kolkata, Unit – III.  Having heard the Ld. Advocate and on perusal of the papers on record, we allow this transfer application.  Let this case being No. CC/480/2014 pending before Ld. District Forum, South 24 Parganas at Baruipur be withdrawn and transferred to the Ld. District Forum, Kolkata, Unit – III for disposal.  Inform both the Fora accordingly.  Both parties are directed to appear before the Ld.
