F.A.No.423 of 2007

 

The matter was on the board of Pre-Lok Adalat on 16.12.2022 . Both parties are agreed for payment of Rs.54,000/-  by the O.P to the complainant on pre-Lok Adalat and payment of Rs.2,000/- as  cost.

Today also same compromise fact is revealed in the Lok Adalat.  Both parties  agreed to settle the dispute for Rs.54,000/- by the O.P to the complainant.  The OP – insurer is directed for payment of such amount to the complainant within 45 days from today.

The matter is disposed of on the spirit of Lok Adalat.
