            This C.C. Case No. 82 of 2018 is taken up today for order.  Since it is a year old case we are disposing it on priority basis as per mandate of C.P. Act, 2019.  Perused all the documents available on record and also gone through the entire order sheets of the case record.  After joining of President, this Commission intimated both the parties on dt.05.04.2022 to appear before this Commission for hearing.  Though the O.Ps were taking steps in this case but the complainant since dt.05.04.2022 till today has not taken any steps nor appeared before this Commission to proceed  with the hearing.  The complainant remained absent after due intimation by this Commission and it seems that the complainant does not want to proceed with this case further. 

            Hence, the present Consumer Complaint No. 82 of 2018 is hereby dismissed due to non-prosecution and accordingly disposed off.

            Issue extract of the order to the parties concerned.
