The case is fixed for Admission Hearing.

No step is taken by the Complainant.

In absence of the complainant the complaint cannot be admitted. That apart from legal point of view the case is not maintainable before this Commission as it has been filed against Gopinathpur Purbanchal Samabai Krishi Unnayan Samiti Ltd. and Bankura District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. which are all Co-operative Societies registered under the West Bengal Co-operative Society Act, 2006 and in view of Section-102 and 145 of the said Act this Commission has no jurisdiction to entertain any such dispute between the Complainant/Borrower and the O.P. Co-operative Society.

The case is therefore dismissed on admission point.

The Complainant is given liberty to approach the competent forum for appropriate relief.
