Advocate for JDr-3 filed a memo by stating that jdr-3 paid an amount of Rs. 61,500/- (Sixty one thousand five hundred only) vide DD dt. 0-11-09 to the Dhr directly towards satisfaction of EP amount copy of cheque is received Advocate for Dhr present and reported the complaint of the DD for EP amount of Rs. 61,500/- for jdr -3 and further he filed a memo to close EPin view of satisfaction of Ep amount.
