As per the order of the Hon'ble National Commission, respondent is allowed to deposit demand draft of Rs.40000/- with the
District Forum. Sh.A.K.Sharma,Adv.counsel for the applicant got recorded his statement that in view of the stay order passed by the Hon'ble National Commission dt.13.3.2015 vide which execution of the impugned order has been stayed, he withdraws the present execution application with liberty to file a fresh execution application after the decision of the appeal before the Hon'ble National Commission. Resultantly, present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, applicant is at liberty to file afresh execution application after the decision of the appeal before the Hon'ble National Commission. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
