Present:       None for petitioner.

                   In FA No.1435 of 2023 vide order dated 22.1.2024 passed by the Haryana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Panchkula, order dated 9.8.2023 passed by this Commission has been stayed.  No purpose will be served to keep the present execution petition pending on the roster of the Commission. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh execution petition, after the decision of the appeal and will disclose the particular of this execution petition in the fresh execution petition and its fate.  Record of the present execution petition is hereby ordered to be sent to the records, treating it, unsatisfied.
