           Complaint u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

 Present: Shri Des Raj Goyal Advocate for complainant.

                 Shri Roop Chand Dealing Clerk (LDC) on behalf of OP.

 

                 Shri Roop Chand Dealing Clerk (LDC) appeared on behalf of OP and suffered a statement that the meter of the complainant has changed and as per consumption of new meter which bill comes and after seeing the average of the meter the account of the complainant will be overhauled.

               On the other hand, learned counsel of complainant suffered a statement that in view of statement of Dealing Clerk Roop Chand he wants to withdraw his complaint if my new bill will not sent as per reading then he has right to file a fresh complaint.

                In view of statement of learned counsel of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Complainant is at liberty to file a fresh case if OP not sent the bill as per actual consumption. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
