  2. Reliance General Insurance Company limited, city centre, MXWX+6R8 saini colony, sector-12 Karnal through its branch manager.
  3. Reliance General Insurance Company limited IRDAI registered & Corporate office reliance centre, south wing, 4th floor sdantacnuz off Western express highway, Mumbai through its managing director.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. Subhash Kashyap, counsel for the complainant.

                Sh. Ashok Vohra, counsel for the OPs.

               

                Today the case is fixed for compromise in Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the OPs has suffered a separate statement on dated 02.11.2022 and the company is ready to pay Rs.2,25000/- as full and final settlement to the complainant.

          On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered separate statement on dated 02.11.2022, to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs and as per compromise company is ready to pay Rs.2,25000/- as full and final settlement. The complainant is ready to receive the said amount as full and final settlement.

                In view of above statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties are bound by their statements. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
