Both sides present. Judgment Debtor filed a statement showing the pension sanctioned and arrears due to the Decree Holder for which Decree Holder has no objection but the only grievance is that interest may be given which in our view is just and proper. Hence statement is recorded directing the Judgment Debtor to deposit the interest on the amount @ 9 % per annum from 16.11.95 till payment. No costs.
