Both sides present. Judgment Debtor filed a statement showing the pension sanctioned and arrears due to Decree Holder for which Decree Holder has no objection. The only grievance of Decree Holder is that interest has not been given which in our view is just and proper. Hence the statement is recorded directing the Judgment Debtor to deposit the interest on the arrears @ 9 % per annum from 16.11.95 till payment. No costs.
