This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to sanction the annual relief from 01.08.2011 (the date after retirement) for every calendar year and to pay arrears of Rs.5,721/- with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. and to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and cost to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the contentions raised in the complaint.   The complainant is also called absent.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
