Ld. Counsel for the Jdr is present and he submits that the Execution Application has already been disposed of on full satisfaction vide order No. 14, dated 17.12.2019.

            Considered.

            On perusal of order No. 17, dated 03.08.2020 it reveals that E.R. of W.A. is still pending against the Jdr. In view of such submission, the office is directed to recall the Warrant of Arrest at once by sending the same to the concerned Police Station, if not already done.

Seen the endorsement of the Dhr dated 17.12.2019. None is found to present the Dhr this day.  Therefore, we are of the opinion that the present Execution Application should be disposed of on full satisfaction.

Hence, it is

O r d e r e d

that the present Execution Application being No. 29/2018 be and the same is disposed of with full satisfaction without any cost.

Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
