Today is fixed for hearing of argument.  Parties were directed to file W.N.A. as per statute.

Complainant files hazira through the Ld. Advocate.

OP Nos. 1 & 2 also files hazira through the Ld. Advocate.

At this stage, Ld. Advocate for the complainant has filed a verified petition praying for passing an order to dismiss the case for non-prosecution on the ground that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case.

Heard both sides. Considered. The prayer is allowed.  

Hence it is

that this case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
