This complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

             2.   This is a complaint filed by the complaint against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. In this case on verification it is found that the complainant has filed chief affidavit on 13.01.2017 and the case was adjourned to 09.02.2017 onwards for marking the documents of the complainant. Since 09.02.2017 the complainant is continuously absent. As the complainant is continuously absent since 09.02.2017, we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint. In the above circumstances we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed for default due to the continuous absence of the complainant.

                     In the result, complaint is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.

  A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
