                                                     FINAL ORDER 

An application has been filed by the complainant against  OP alleging deficiency in service under section 12 of the C.P. Act, 1986.

The case has been admitted on 07.02.2020. The complainant has filed the case but OP did not turn up before  the Dist Commission.On 11.04.2022 order has been issued against him to file show cause as to why the complaint shall not be dismissed.

 Despite given such direction complainant did not file any reply to the show cause as directed in vide no.11. This commission waited  about two years but complainant did not turn up before the Dist. Commission and accordingly an order has been passed  being  order no. 13 dtd. 13.06.2022 by which the instant  complaint has been dismissed for default.

 Let the said order be considered as part of this final order.

 Accordingly the instant consumer complaint being CC/ 377/2019 is dismissed for default.

 The order is written is separate sheet, being order No. 13 dtd. 13.06.2022 which do form the part of this order.

 Accordingly, the instant Consumer Complaint, being No. CC/377/2019 is dismissed for default.
