An application has been filed by the complainant under section 35 of the C.P. Act, 2019 alleging deficiency in service against the OPs for not handing over the original registration certificate, road tax challan and insurance certificate etc of the motor cycle purchased by the complainant .

OP- 2 appeared before this District Commission by filing Vakalatnama.

 The complainant during midst of the case filed one petition stating inter-alia that the consumer dispute amicably settled between the parties.

At present complainant has no grievance against the OPs and therefore, he prays for withdrawal of the case.

The order of the dismissal is written vide order no.3 dated 31.03.2021 which should form a part of this order.

Hence,

the Consumer Complaint No. CC/243/2020 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Let, a free copy of this order is given to the parties concerned as per CPR - 2020.
