          This is a complaint filed under sections 12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986  for  directing the opposite party to take back the defective P.C. and to issue a brand new P.C. or in the alternative to refund the cost of P.C. of Rs.25,500/- with interest at 12% per annum from the date of purchase till payment and to pay a compensation of Rs.50,000/- towards mental agony and hardship surveyed by the complainant and to pay a cost of Rs.10,000/-.

          Notice was issued to the opposite party.  The opposite party filed reply version.  The complainant was examined as CW1 and Exs.C1 to C8 were marked.  One Ganessan, the Proprietor of OP company  was examined as  RW1 and Exs.R1 to R3 were marked.  One Manivannan of Accel Frontline Ltd., was examined as RW2.  Hence, the matter was posted for arguments and for production of disputed article.

3. Today this complaint was called.  Complainant absent, no representation made by the Counsel.  Opposite Party absent and Counsel absent.  No interest shown by the complainant to take steps for proceeding this case.  Hence, this complaint is hereby dismissed for default.  No costs.
