  One application has been filed by the complainant against the OPs alleging deficiency in service as mentioned therein.

 During midst of the case the matter has been settled amicably by the parties out of District Commission and the complainant filed one petition for withdrawing of the case.

Accordingly, the District Commission passed an order today being order no. 12 dtd. 14.03.2022 which do form the  part of this order.

Accordingly the prayer of the complainant is allowed the case is dismissed as withdrawn.

Hence

the Consumer Complaint, being No: CC/127/2020 is dismissed as withdrawn.
